We work hard to ensure your transactions are safe and transparent. Which is why we need to know and verify who you are. This is also in accordance with the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering laws. All you need to do is:
- New Customers: Register online and visit the nearest Index Exchange branch with your Emirates ID & Passport copies. Complete the KYC details and make the first transaction at the branch
- Existing Customers: You may from time to time get a message to update your KYC. This might happen if your emirates ID or passport in our system shows expired. Just visit the nearest Index Exchange branch with your Emirates ID & Passport copies and complete the KYC details
